Intro
Abel Legodi
the CEO and founder of FL & P International was born in Pretoria, South Africa in 1978 To Abel and Elisabeth Legodi as his parents.
He went to primary school at Dr.IM Monare primary school in Pretoria where he completed his Matric in 1996 with a matric exemption and math’s science and Technical Drawing as his major subjects.
Because of this background he was admitted to Denel Aviation on a life skills course where he was able to do a life skills course and a few computer courses like PowerPoint and Microsoft excel.
After successfully completing the course at kentron college, he was awarded a bursary to go and study computer aided Drafting and designing at African Academy of Drafting and Designing in Boksburg where he would find his Passion for Building Design and 3d design alongside fellow student Denton Rodgers.
After completing this course on record time, armed with a Certificate, and a title as a design drafting professional, he then decided that he wanted to further his education which he also got a national diploma with the same institution.
In the interim he also decided to enroll for a Btech qualification at Tshwane University of Technology which was then called Premos, in order to become a professional Architect.
After working for a number of companies like Mat real properties in Rosebank and , Blue print strategic Marketing in Sandton, R & W Landscaping in Baltimore Maryland, united states where he earned a certificate in Stockbroking which allowed him to understand things like futures, stock market trading, how fortune 500 companies operate, income statements and balance sheets company listings and commercial and entrepreneurial law including economics, he also earned a Real Estate qualification with companies like Real Net Elegance and Premier Real Estate in Durban Balito (South Africa).
After Returning from the United States, FL & P International was Born. The company’s main focus is property development, Interior design, architecture design, Master planning and urban design. The company also does Investment advisory as far as stock market analysis is concerned.
